Tiger Club started in 1998 as a single turf net behind the old pavilion, run by a group of parents who were tired of driving their kids across town for a decent coaching session. Today we are a full cricket training hub — six outdoor turf nets, three indoor lanes, a gym and a pathway that has produced more than 60 state-level players.
We are not a club that plays weekend fixtures. We exist for one reason: to make every player who walks through the gate better at cricket. That means structured sessions, honest feedback and coaches who measure progress instead of simply filling an hour.
Head Coach & Director of Cricket
Meera Krishnan is Head Coach and Director of Cricket at Tiger Club. She played 74 first-class matches as a top-order batter before completing a Master's in Sports Coaching and joining the academy in 2010.
I want every player who leaves a Tiger Club session to know exactly what they improved today and what they are working on next.
Under Meera's guidance Tiger Club has grown from two junior squads into a complete pathway, from under-10s through to senior club grade, plus a dedicated women's program. She writes and reviews every player's individual development plan and works personally with the batting group.
